While we are anxiously dawdling for the forthcoming of the iPad 3, some devices have come to our shore to stir our anxiety and simultaneously compete with the ubiquitous iPad 2.
Samsung Galaxy Tab P7500 is probably the epitome of what a Honeycomb device would be, given its raft of outstanding features.
Since it is a non-Phil domestic market unit, iI can only guess its landed price to be somewhere between Php32,990 to Php34,990.
It's a thin, compact, and very sleek device, lighter than an iPad 2, but at the same time it has some of the world's most powerful hardware under its hood. But let us take a journey on its internal wonder:
The screen is 10.1 WXGA 1280 x 800, matched with a NVidia Tegra 1GH Dual Core Processor, earning it the capacity to run 1080p on full resolution, rendering the video at its finest 30fps.
It also sports 802.11 a/b/g/n to maintain strong and stable connection even on dead zones areas where WiFi signals are impenetrable.
The battery life is rock-solid with a 6800mAH rating(I haven't tested/challenged yet what Samsung claimed as an uninterrupted 10hour usage on a single charge) with a commendable longevity.
Make sure to get a screen protector because this one's really smudge-magnet.
The device downhill is the lack of microSD support to extend its capacity.
